- Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)

Job Responsibilities:
Implement new technologies and digital solutions to all providers.
Provide training and support regarding the digital platforms to provider’s staff
Resolve integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.
Maintain and organize Eastwest Healthcare’s provider database.
Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visitations
Manage provider suspensions.
Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers
Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members
through face-to-face visit.
Facilitate accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental
clinics and doctors
Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior.
