Job Description

MEDICAL PROVIDER SUPPORT UNIT OFFICER - SUPER URGENT-MALE (NCR)
Salary Offer: P21,272.68
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Qualifications:
 Male, with own motorcycle
 With pleasing personality
 College Graduate and 2 yrs experience in HMO or Hospital settings
 Knowledgeable in the ff areas: Project Management, Business knowledge, Customer
Service and Healthcare
 Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Smartsheet)
 With good communication skills
 Living within NCR

Job Responsibilities:
 Introduces new digital platforms to providers
 Ensure seamless adoption and integration to workflows
 Oversee implementation process
 Provide training and address any challenges to ensure the platform
 Enhances efficiency and effectiveness in provider operations

MEDICAL PROVIDER SUPPORT OFFICER (LAGUNA and BATANGAS)
1 – preferably residing from Cabuyao, Sta. Rosa, Biñan, San Pedro or Muntinlupa
1 – preferably from Lipa, Batangas
Salary Offer: P21,272.68
Mon-Sat./ 6 days per week/ 818.18 per day

Qualifications:
 Male, preferably with own motorcycle,
 With pleasing personality, height is an advantage
 Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course
 2 yrs HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience
 Preferably with Marketing experience
 Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)
 With good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
 Implement new technologies and digital solutions to all providers.

 Provide training and support regarding the digital platforms to provider’s staff
 Resolve integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
 Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.
 Maintain and organize Healthcare’s provider database.
 Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visitations
 Manage provider suspensions.
 Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers
 Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Healthcare Members
through face-to-face visit.
 Facilitate accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental
clinics and doctors
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior.
