Assistant Accounting Manager

Oversee the all departments in ensuring that the deliverables are timely delivered to client
Manage the all departments on achieving the goals and deliverable
Monitor the communications made by the team client
Lead and mentor the staffs, providing guidance, feedback and support
Set goals and objectives for the business and monitor performance against KPI

Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of Bs Accountancy and Certified Public Accountant
At least 5 or more years of experience in accounting tax and audit profession
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Experience reporting to the management or executive level of the organization
Strong technical knowledge regarding accounting tax, audit and an excellent analytical skill
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills leadership and project management skills
