Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee key financial functions, including Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Must have experience with an external audit firm, preferably one of the Top 4 External Audit Firms.
Extensive experience in accounting, including:
General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledger, Accounts Payable & Receivable
Treasury, Taxation, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Costing
Profit & Loss (P&L) preparation
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with Sales teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in an ERP environment.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations related to Cost Accounting and Accounts Payable – Service Providers.
Supervise billing clerks to ensure accurate and timely processing of services and spare parts.
Ensure the timely preparation of monthly inventory reports aligned with financial statement submissions.
Analyze monthly cost of sales and implement necessary adjustments for reports.
Conduct regular cycle counts at warehouses and review processes for accuracy.
Monitor Advances to Suppliers, following up on variances or undelivered items.
Track and process payments for Project Contractors.
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits and reconciliations as needed.
Monitor landed cost computations, inventory reports, and Accounts Receivable Aging.
Ensure proper identification and application of all collections to client accounts.
Perform bank reconciliations and necessary adjustments.
Oversee Fixed Asset inventory and recording.
Audit and review Middle East branch reports.
Continuously evaluate and improve controls, systems, and procedures for efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
