Contracts Specialist (Design and Build)

We are looking for a Contracts Specialist (Design and Build) to join our team. You will handle proposals and contracts, ensuring they are accurate, well-prepared, and submitted on time. You’ll work with Client Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and other teams to support contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and review proposals and contracts.
-Work with legal consultants to finalize contracts.
-Maintain and update contract templates and client records.
-Support marketing and special projects when needed.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in contracts, project scoping, and technical evaluation.
-Knowledge of architecture, interior design, or construction contracts.
-Understanding of procurement and contract processes.
-Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
