Duties:

1. Architectural Design and Consultation:

Lead architectural design and drawing initiatives for branches, HQ, and other departments.
Collaborate with external consultants for specialized design aspects (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical).
Develop and finalize detailed working drawings for construction.
Material and Equipment Oversight:
Oversee the inventory of design-related materials and equipment in the warehouse.
Coordinate with branches for any design-specific equipment needs or maintenance.
Additional Responsibilities:

Adapt to additional architectural design-related tasks as needed, including renovations and new designs for non-branch departments like HR, Admin, Commissary, and Warehouse.
2. Construction Project Bidding and Management:

Manage the bidding process and oversee construction project management for branches and other departments.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordination of Store Openings and Equipment Management:
Work with various departments for store openings, including equipment procurement.
Oversee the management of construction and project-related equipment in the warehouse.
Handle emergent project management tasks or urgent site management needs as they arise.
3. Maintenance and Renovation of Operational Branches:

Coordinate ongoing maintenance and minor renovations of branches.
Provide support to branch managers for technical maintenance issues.
4. Warehouse Coordination and Equipment Management:

Monitor and manage the inventory of operational equipment in the warehouse.
Liaise with branches for regular equipment maintenance or ordering new equipment.
5. Store Opening Support and Landlord Coordination:

Assist in inter-departmental coordination for store openings.
Help in gathering information from landlords for new locations.
6. Additional Operational Tasks:

Coordinate with branches for equipment maintenance or replacement as needed.
Take on additional operational tasks as required, focusing on coordination and implementation.
7. General Team Flexibility:

All team members should be prepared to adapt to new responsibilities or changes in their role as the company grows and new needs emerge. This includes cross-functional collaboration and stepping in temporarily to support major projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of architecture
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop, Ms office software.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A passion for architecture and design
- Can handle maintenance concerns.
- Visiting the site to assess its condition and gather information about the location and surrounding area.
- Measuring and surveying the site to create accurate plans and designs.
- License is a plus (but not required)

Salary Offer: Php 20,000.00 - 30,000
