Job Description

Our client is looking for a Proposals and Contracts Specialist to join their team. The role involves preparing pre-qualifications, proposals, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time. You will work with different teams, including project managers, communications staff, and consultants. This role reports to the Proposals/Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and prepare proposals and contracts by working with project managers and consultants.
• Review and finalize contracts with legal teams.
• Keep proposal checklists, templates, and client references updated.
• Assist with marketing tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in creating technical specifications, scoping, and handling contracts.
• Knowledge of project requirements in architecture, interior design, or similar fields.
• Understanding of how procurement and contracts work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Skilled in using MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 preferred).
• A professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
