BIM Mechanical

Responsibilities:
-Perform design and BIM tasks efficiently to ensure project success.
-Actively participate in design workshops, promoting teamwork and creative problem-solving.
-Review and check drawings carefully to meet high-quality standards.
-Follow safety rules, building codes, and industry standards strictly.
-Quickly resolve drawing issues by gathering information and consulting with supervisors.
-Support the preparation of project schedules, specifications, and related documents.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
-3 years of experience working on both international and local projects, showing strong results.
-Skilled in Revit and other advanced BIM tools.
-Basic understanding of building construction techniques to guide project decisions.
-Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings clearly.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, delivering on schedule and within budget.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
-Must be based in or willing to move to Clark, Pampanga.
-Ready to start immediately.
