Project Architect (BIM)

Our client is looking for a Project Architect who can manage multiple projects and resources throughout the building lifecycle. The ideal candidate must be proficient in BIM and capable of handling various tasks effectively.
The Project Architect will lead the planning, design, and execution of multiple projects while ensuring quality and efficiency. They will also support the business and marketing strategies of the company.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.
• Plan, design, and oversee various project types.
• Set up and monitor project resources, standards, and team skills.
• Assist in selecting and assigning team members for projects to optimize resources.
• Communicate and coordinate technical issues with external project teams.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports.
• Ensure quality control of designs, processes, and contract documents.
• Oversee due diligence and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Help clients prepare documents for permit applications.
• Manage project correspondences and billing coordination.
• Prepare contract documents and specifications.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Strong knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and codes.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit for BIM modeling and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating engineering designs and specialty services.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with a Professional License.
• At least 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Broad knowledge of construction processes.
• Preferably based in Pampanga or nearby areas.
