Project Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, designing, and overseeing subdivision and house construction projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including site monitoring, quality assurance, budgeting, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, designing, and coordinating subdivision and house construction projects.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, contracts, and records.
• Identify and address technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Provide progress reports to stakeholders and collaborate with project teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Support transportation-related tasks and logistics when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project success and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to assist with transportation tasks.
