Job Description

Position: Office & Inventory Assistant

- Job Category: Administrative Support / Inventory Management

- Salary Range: PHP 18,000 – 22,000

- Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or inventory management role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Willingness to adapt to weekend or holiday work as needed.

Job Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse and office tasks, including managing inventory, logistics, and providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely ingress/egress of goods and coordinate set-up and breakdown.

- Manage inventory with accuracy and maintain proper warehousing practices.

- Assist with office operations, including report preparation and record-keeping.

- Support team operations and help meet overall goals.
