Job Description
We’re looking for an Office & Inventory Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and office tasks. You’ll be a key player in maintaining our inventory, managing logistics, and providing essential administrative support to our team. If
you’re a team player with excellent organizational skills and a passion for efficiency, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Logistics Management: Ensure the smooth and timely ingress/egress of goods, coordinating set-up and breakdown in a way that minimizes damages and losses.
Inventory Control: Manage our inventory with accuracy, employing proper warehousing practices and ensuring safe storage and easy accessibility of decor items.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including report preparation, purchase orders, payments, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
Team Support: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations and help the team meet goals.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or inventory management role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to Adapt: Open to working on weekends or holidays as needed.
Location: Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Salary: 18,000 – 22,000
Profile preferred: Female, late 20's, good in administrative work and inventory, has experience handling people
