Job Description
-Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
-Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in an administrative or inventory management role.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Willingness to Adapt: Open to working on weekends or holidays as needed.
-Location: Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
Key Responsibilities:
-Efficient Logistics Management: Ensure the smooth and timely ingress/egress of goods, coordinating set-up and breakdown in a way that minimizes damages and losses.
-Inventory Control: Manage our inventory with accuracy, employing proper warehousing practices and ensuring safe storage and easy accessibility of decor items.
-Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including report preparation, purchase orders, payments, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks to support the team.
-Team Support: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the overall operations and help the team meet goals.
