Job Description

Location: San Nicolas, Manila
Salary Range: ₱30,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Additional Benefits: Meal, transportation, and communication allowance (to be discussed upon hiring)
Qualifications:
Age: 25-35 years old
Gender: Male or Female
Education: College graduate (4-year course in Business Administration major in Marketing preferred)
Experience: At least 3-4 years in Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and marketing strategies as requested by the Operations Manager
Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the business industry
Attend all client meetings as required
Promote hair products and cosmetics
Implement digital marketing strategies on social media platforms
Create traditional marketing campaigns for wholesale & retail human consumption
Develop promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
Conduct store visits, salon visits, and attend events as required
Prepare and present detailed brand marketing plans
Strong communication, adaptability, patience, and teamwork
Must be cooperative, active, and aligned with company goals
