Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
A major in Marketing is highly preferred
Experience:
Required: At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing for a Montessori or similar educational institution
Skills & Traits:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Confident in conducting presentations and engaging with families
Willing to do regular field work and represent the school outside the campus
21 years old to 40 years old.
Sales & Enrollment Marketing:
- Drive student enrollment through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new student leads through community outreach, school visits, and other external engagements.
Marketing Strategy Development:
-Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the Montessori school’s target audience.
-Implement traditional and digital marketing campaigns to increase school visibility and promote programs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
- Provide school tours, orientations, and information sessions to prospective families.
Field Work & Promotion:
- Represent the school in marketing events, fairs, expos, and community engagements.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials in key locations.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Monitor and report on marketing performance and enrollment numbers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and branding consistency.
- Responsible for sales and marketing for school.
- Salary:
- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
