Job Description

Client Profile: This business offers complete live operations services for international online video game publishers and developers. It is a solutions provider. The company's objective is to offer more comprehensive and high-value service.

Position: HR Supervisor
Company Industry: Consulting Company
Location: Makati City
Salary Offer: Php30,000 - Php40,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Set Up: On Site

Job Requirements:
✨Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology
✨With at least 2 years working experience as HR Supervisor in a construction company is a plus
✨Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
✨Can attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Handle employee benefits and compensation.
✨In charge of both manual and system-based payroll computation
✨Process a new hire's ATM card through the bank.
✨Knowledge of how holiday and overtime pay are calculated.
✨Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure.
✨Prepare all required paperwork, including job offers. ✨Keeping up with the manpower list and 201 files.
✨Process worker benefits mandated by the government.
✨Keeps records of human resources
✨Orient brand-new workers
✨Oversee the process of resignation.
✨Make, amend, review, and enhance employee handbooks and HR policies.
✨Other tasks maybe assigned by immediate superior
