Job Description
• Hotel bookings, transfers, and ancillary services
• Visa information and assistance
• Business travel organization
• Seamen travel management
• Customer service and communication (email and phone)
Required Skills:
• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience working with GDS systems such as Sabre and Amadeus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Flexibility and ability to solve problems quickly
• Strong digital skills, especially in web-based applications
