Position Ticketing Officer
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Paranaque City
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 30,000
Schedule: (Monday to Friday) 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Saturday) 9:00AM to 3:00PM (once a month work on-site or when required.)
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
With at least 1-2 years of experience in a travel-related role, such as a travel agent
Knowledgeable in airline reservation systems
Knowledgeable in airline policies, fare structures, international travel regulations
Can attend face to face interview in Parañaque.

Responsibilities:
Keep accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interaction.
Handles flight reservations and bookings.
Answers inquiries and concerns related to reservations and ticketing.
Assist in creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
Assist in developing and maintaining a content marketing plan, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
