Job Description

• Coordination with retail doors nationwide regarding daily, weekly &
• monthly sales reports
• Preparation and actual prompt submission of reports
• Check and review files and record
• Maintain filing system
• Coordinate with vendors and store key people regarding events, promos & concerns
• Receiving and sending memos from suppliers and stores like mallwide sale, markdowns &mark up
• BOM letters/contract from suppliers, suppliers to stores, vendors, etc.
• Receiving samples items of suppliers
• Monthly reports like top brands encoding, getting traffic and buyer stats
• Updating of mall and vendor’s contracts
• Coordination of provincial fieldwork activities of head of operations
• Coordination of meeting schedules of head of operations
Wholesale Sales & Operations
• Coordination with wholesale sales coordinators nationwide regarding daily, weekly & monthly sales report
• Preparation and actual prompt submission of reports
• Checking all transportation reimbursement and daily time record documents before submission to head of operation for approval
• Other duties that maybe assigned by superior from time to time

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knows relevant software applications including MS Office
• Proficient in use of email and internet
• Knowledgeable with office management system and procedures
• Good in organizing and scheduling appointments
• Organized and can communicate with the Area Sales Managers/Head of Operation
• Knows to prepare and compose email to be sent out
• Applicants must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY.

Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
