Job Description
* Handles and manages all office maintenances such as construction of office
spaces, equipment, renovations, air-conditioning maintenance and other office maintenance related duties
* Assigned for company ids of internal and deployed employees before the official deployment or during the contract signing and orientation.
* Monitoring of company rentals, contract of lease renewal and requisition of pdcs’ or payments.
* Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs’ maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, encoding, reporting and other clerical duties.
* In charge of the monthly bills such as electric, water, internet and other bills due to company used resources and assure payments are on-time.
* Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
* Resolve administrative problems.
PURCHASING & INVENTORY AND SUPPLIES:
* Responsible for the purchasing of company uniforms, request for payments, distribution and releasing both Internal and deployed employees.
* Internal and external request and release
* Ordering of company supplies for Stellar 167 Manpower and its affiliates.
* Generate reports
* Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
* Submit and reconcile expense reports
* Handle multiple projects
* Manages bookings and supplier/contact lists.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Other related errands
OTHER TASK:
Other responsibilities assigned by immediate head
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* The candidate must have college degree esp. HRDM/Management other related courses
* Must be able to navigate MS Office proficiently
* Good in communication skills in both writing and speaking
* Must at least have 1 year of experience in the same field
* Keen to details
* Can work under pressure
* Effective Team player
* Have motorcycle is a plus
