Job Description
Position: Training and Development Specialist (Hybrid Set Up)

Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule
Salary: Php40,000 – Php50,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set up: Hybrid work set-up
JOB DESCRIPTION:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 3 years of experience in Digital marketing, Campaign Advertisement Sales
✨ With at least 1 year of experience in training or coaching.
✨ Willing to work on a shifting schedule
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
✨ Assist in the creation of eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications.
✨ Conduct needs analysis and make training recommendations.
✨ Create and schedule classes.
✨ Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods.
