Job Description
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Mid Shift/Weekends Off
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience
Work Set Up: Hybrid
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
At least 3 years of experience in speech analytics, speech data analysis, or in any related role.
Experience working in BPO Company
Open for candidates with BPO and Non-BPO working experience.
Amenable to work on site once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and maintain speech analytics software while keeping up of developments and trends.
Examine vast amounts of call data to find patterns, trends, and insights.
Create dashboards and reports to share findings with stakeholders.
Based on analysis, offer practical suggestions to enhance sales, customer service, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with teams in charge of training, quality, and service delivery to comprehend their requirements and offer specialized analytics solutions.
Take part in strategy sessions to match company objectives with speech analytics aims.
Review and improve speech analytics models and procedures to increase precision and applicability.
Teach stakeholders and team members how to use speech analytics tools and analyze the findings.
