Position: Customer Service Specialist

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php30,000 - Php40,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
✨At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
✨Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨Amenable to be train on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Accountable for providing outstanding customer care and customizing solutions for esteemed clients of commercial banking.
✨Comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of your consumers, both present and future.
✨Initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across many commercial banking product categories
✨Work together with stakeholders to address a client's issue.
