Finance Assistant

About the role

JASA PROPERTY HOLDINGS,INC. is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. This full-time role will provide crucial support to our finance department, contributing to the overall financial management and reporting of the company.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
Perform reconciliations of accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures
Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment processing
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including document management and filing
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management
Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse financial data
Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong proficiency in financial accounting and reporting
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Familiarity with financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
