Job Description
The responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager are not limited to routine tasks but also involve preparing month-end closing reports, maintaining the trial balance, checking balance sheet accounts, reconciling accounts, preparing inventory reports, and monthly tax preparation. These tasks offer a challenging and fulfilling work environment for the right candidate. To excel in this role, the Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager must be detail-oriented and an effective problem solver. They should also be able to check and compile financial reports and possess knowledge of business/corporate taxation.
EDUCATION:
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, economics or similar
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
● High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
● Ability to analyze and understand financial data
● Expert in Microsoft Office applications
● Excellent English oral and written communication skills
● Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform accurately with minimal supervision.
● Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
● Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
● Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
OTHERS:
