Job Description

Night shift - On-site

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to oversee post-sale technical and non-technical support, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage remote customer service (phone, chat, text) and walk-in support.
Lead a team of specialists and support staff, overseeing daily operations.
Analyze customer issues and drive resolution strategies.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution teams.
Develop and implement best practices, policies, and process improvements.
Provide tactical and operational decision-making within a defined scope.

Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
Proven leadership experience, with team management responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
