Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting. You will also help ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
Maintain accurate financial records and files.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Help with budget tracking and financial forecasting.
Ensure all financial documents are organized and up-to-date.
Provide administrative support to the finance team when needed.

Qualifications:
