Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, including truck fleet operators, logistics companies, and service providers.
Promote and sell the company’s trucks, refrigeration units, and parts, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress through CRM software.
Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure seamless customer experience and follow-up.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
