Job Description
Location: Bangkal, Makati City
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in sales supervision within the real estate industry
- Strong background in sales strategy development and meeting targets
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility to work extended and weekend hours as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to drive company growth
- Manage broker accreditation, training, and network expansion
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and market trends
- Oversee sales and leasing operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Monitor property inventory and ensure leasable conditions
- Oversee sales reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements
