Location: Clark, Pampanga (Open to Local and International Projects)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Architect to join our team. If you're passionate about leading diverse projects, from planning to execution, and have a strong background in BIM and Revit, we want you to be a part of our growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets.
Plan, design, and manage various project typologies across diverse sectors, integrating BIM and Revit for seamless execution.
Implement and monitor project resources, including team setup, standards, and skill assessment, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Facilitate the assignment of project team members, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources and skills.
Manage communication and coordination of technical issues with external project teams and stakeholders.
Prepare periodic project reports, keeping all stakeholders informed on progress and milestones.
Take accountability for quality control throughout the design, process, and contract documentation phases.
Oversee due diligence activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Support clients in the preparation of documentation for permit applications.
Manage and organize project correspondences, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow.
Coordinate project billing activities and follow-ups to ensure timely financial management.
Oversee the preparation of contract documents and specifications for all projects.
Essential Skills:

In-depth knowledge of building design, architectural systems, and relevant codes and regulations.
Intermediate proficiency in the use of relevant software, with strong expertise in ArchiCAD and Revit for BIM modeling and construction documentation.
Experience in coordinating engineering designs and other specialty services for integrated project delivery.
Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships, from new business development to maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously while leading a collaborative team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring smooth project coordination.
Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and Professional License in Architecture.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
Extensive exposure to the construction industry, with significant experience managing resources and overseeing projects.
Preferably residing in Pampanga or nearby locations, with a willingness to work on both local and international projects.
