Job Description

The BIM Expert will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions, ensuring smooth project execution, and supporting the team with advanced BIM techniques. This position is based in Clark, Pampanga and requires an individual who is ready to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
• Perform design and BIM tasks to support successful project outcomes.
• Take part in design workshops, fostering teamwork and creative solutions.
• Check and review drawings to ensure top-quality standards.
• Follow safety rules, building codes, and industry regulations.
• Solve drawing-related issues quickly by gathering information and consulting with supervisors.
• Help prepare project schedules, specifications, and related documents.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields focused on drafting.
• 5–10 years of experience in both local and international projects with strong results.
• Proficient in Revit and other advanced BIM tools.
• Basic knowledge of building construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
• Ready to start immediately.
