Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform design and BIM tasks efficiently to ensure project success.
Actively participate in design workshops, promoting teamwork and creative problem-solving.
Review and check drawings carefully to meet high-quality standards.
Follow safety rules, building codes, and industry standards strictly.
Quickly resolve drawing issues by gathering information and consulting with supervisors.
Support the preparation of project schedules, specifications, and related documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
3 years of experience working on both international and local projects, showing strong results.
Skilled in Revit and other advanced BIM tools.
Basic understanding of building construction techniques to guide project decisions.
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, delivering on schedule and within budget.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Must be based in or willing to move to Clark, Pampanga.
Ready to start immediately.
