Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior BIM Specialist to join their team in Clark, Pampanga. If you are experienced in creating precise 3D models and technical drawings and are eager to work on exciting projects, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed 3D models and drawings for various projects.
• Use software like ArchiCAD and Revit to develop and manage BIM models that meet high standards.
• Review and interpret design plans to ensure accuracy and readiness for construction.
• Work with the design team to make sure models match construction requirements and new technologies.
• Support Architectural, Electrical, and Construction projects by using BIM to simplify workflows and improve project understanding.
• Ensure all designs follow local building codes and regulations.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting-related fields.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Revit Modeler/Drafter or similar role.
• Advanced skills in BIM tools like Revit and ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Architectural, Electrical, and Construction design is a bonus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Residing in or near Clark, Pampanga is preferred.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
