Job Description
Location: Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rotational Shift)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Experience in HMO, hospital, or clinic work (a plus)
Good communication skills
Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Handle general inquiries and outpatient availments via 24/7 hotline
Facilitate hospital admissions and discharges
Secure necessary medical documents
Process billing and payment verifications
