Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and customer behavior.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
