Store Supervisor - Anta Philippines Ecoland Davao City

We are seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with retail experience, capable of managing a team and optimizing store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate store staff to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and prevent losses due to spoilage or theft.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and store operational procedures.
- Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Train and develop staff, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reports, and ensure timely deposits.
- Manage online food aggregator accounts (e.g., Foodpanda, GrabFood, Pickaroo).
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Coordinate with the management team to implement marketing and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling cash and preparing sales reports.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Familiarity with food service operations and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, flexible work hours
Pay: ₱17,000 - ₱20,000 per month
