Job Description

- Ensure that all relevant documents of the Property Management Office are filed in an orderly manner that is aligned with the standard filing system.
- Coordinate schedule and reserve venue for all meetings within the scope of the Property Management Office.
- Safe keep an updated directory of all unit owners/resident/tenant, building contractors, service providers and other relevant individuals necessary for the building operations.
- Prepare all purchase requisitions and purchase orders of the PMO.
- Monitor office supplies and order based on the reorder levels.
- Assist PM/PE in facilitating compliance of all relevant and statutory permits. Remind PM/PE of important deadlines.
- Assist PM/PE in ensuring all unit owners/resident/tenant calls and complaints are recorded and if possible given an update within the day.
- Monitor assets of the PMO and update list of accountability.
