Job Description
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Prepare employment contracts and facilitate the orientation of new hires.
Ensure all employee records and documentation are up to date and complete.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace culture by supporting conflict resolution and addressing grievances.
Monitor and manage employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Process payroll, monitor attendance, and ensure the accurate computation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Administer employee benefits, such as leave, health insurance, and retirement plans.
Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits, such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions (for the Philippines).
Policy Implementation and Compliance:
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining proper documentation for audits.
Support disciplinary actions and termination processes when necessary.
HR Administration:
Maintain employee files, HR databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and submit HR reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and leave balances.
Support internal communication by preparing memos and announcements
