Job Description
• Coordinates with fulfillment center if there’s a reported variance
• Monitor sales team escalation related to inventory accuracy
• Ensure to achieve 100% inventory accuracy across all FFC.
• Monitor non-compliance of service provider.
• Lead wall to wall count activity
• Ensure all inventory related reports shall be send on a regular basis
• Plan and Initiate stocks re-balancing in every FFC
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of system transaction both NHC and service provider ERP/WMS
system.
