Job Description
Ensure that all dental centers within the assigned area operate efficiently and meet company standards.
Regularly visit all assigned clinics to monitor daily operations, patient flow, staff performance, and inventory management.
2. Staff Management and Development
Recruit, train, and mentor center managers and staff to promote a high standard of care and service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
3. Financial Management
Oversee budgeting and financial performance for each center, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement or growth.
Implement strategies to increase revenue, including patient retention and new patient acquisition.
4. Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with all dental health regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections during clinic visits to maintain high-quality care and service standards.
Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
5. Marketing and Community Engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote the dental centers.
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
Participate in community events to enhance the center’s visibility and reputation.
6. Strategic Planning
Develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and improvement within the area.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the centers competitive.
Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
7. Patient Experience Enhancement
Ensure that all centers provide exceptional patient experiences, from initial contact through treatment and follow-up.
Implement patient feedback mechanisms to continuously improve services and address concerns.
8. Coordination and Communication
Act as a liaison between the dental centers and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Facilitate regular meetings with center managers to discuss performance, share best practices, and address challenges.
9. Emergency Response Management
Develop and implement protocols for managing emergencies, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for various scenarios.
