Job Description

. Operational Oversight

 Ensure that all dental centers within the assigned area operate efficiently and meet company standards.
 Regularly visit all assigned clinics to monitor daily operations, patient flow, staff performance, and inventory management.

2. Staff Management and Development

 Recruit, train, and mentor center managers and staff to promote a high standard of care and service.
 Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
 Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.

3. Financial Management

 Oversee budgeting and financial performance for each center, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
 Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement or growth.
 Implement strategies to increase revenue, including patient retention and new patient acquisition.

4. Quality Assurance

 Ensure compliance with all dental health regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
 Conduct regular audits and inspections during clinic visits to maintain high-quality care and service standards.
 Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

5. Marketing and Community Engagement

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote the dental centers.
 Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
 Participate in community events to enhance the center’s visibility and reputation.

6. Strategic Planning

 Develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and improvement within the area.
 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the centers competitive.
 Provide regular reports to senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.

7. Patient Experience Enhancement

 Ensure that all centers provide exceptional patient experiences, from initial contact through treatment and follow-up.
 Implement patient feedback mechanisms to continuously improve services and address concerns.

8. Coordination and Communication

 Act as a liaison between the dental centers and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
 Facilitate regular meetings with center managers to discuss performance, share best practices, and address challenges.

9. Emergency Response Management

 Develop and implement protocols for managing emergencies, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for various scenarios.
 Coordinate with local health authorities during public health concerns or crises.
