Job Description

TASQ is seeking German Bilingual Technical Support Representatives to start immediately at the Greenhills, San Juan location. The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

Overview

Each representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding the company's products and services through various communication channels (voice, chat, webform, email, and social media). They are tasked with providing customer assistance and documenting interactions thoroughly.

Responsibilities

Representatives are expected to provide exceptional support services, following company procedures and policies while meeting performance metrics. They must offer timely responses, efficiently resolve issues, and maintain professional communication standards.

Customer Support:

Responding to customer inquiries via calls, webforms, emails, chats, or social media
Providing prompt and polite responses to customer queries and issues
Assisting customers with product/service-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Making outbound calls to customers when necessary
Basic Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer problems
Following standard procedures to address simple issues
Escalating complex problems to Tier 2 support or supervisors as needed
Experience/Skills

Strong communication abilities in both German and English
Proficiency in using Windows applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel) or similar software
Skillful in critical thinking, listening, and conflict resolution
Data entry accuracy at a minimum of 40 words per minute, with the ability to type while listening
Minimum of one year of call center experience demonstrating professional phone etiquette
At least one year of technical support experience
Preferably, experience in phone sales
Age

Applicants must be 18 years old or above
Education

High School diploma required; some college education preferred
Schedule

Must have flexible availability for 24/7 operations supporting US, APAC, EMEA regions
