Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Background in Relationship and Account Management
- Experience in acquiring preferred
- Exposure to banking/finance industry required
- Customer service experience
- Established or potential network
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing the needs of assigned merchants
- Supporting company promotions and projects
- Identifying and evaluating potential merchants
- Regularly visiting assigned merchants
- Reviewing billings against targets and preparing analysis reports
- Recommending disaffiliation of certain merchants
This is a full-time permanent position with a monthly salary of up to Php30,000. Benefits include health insurance, promotion opportunities, paid training, and an 8-hour shift schedule. Additional compensation includes a 13th-month salary, bonus pay, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
