Job Description

Location: Mandaluyong City (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – PHP 23,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift, Flextime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide technical and administrative support to the sales business unit
Assist in achieving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer service

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in executing sales strategies and campaigns
Maintain up-to-date sales administration using the database
Support the sales team with necessary sales processes
Help prepare product discussions and presentations
Ensure excellent customer service that exceeds client expectations
Communicate with customers and actively listen to their needs
Coordinate company resources and technical support for customer concerns
Assist in budget control to contribute to business profitability
Gather and report market intelligence
Prepare monthly reports on sales activity, customer service levels, and achievements
Assist in developing annual and monthly business plans
Stay updated on job and product knowledge through training

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Materials Science
Experience: Open to fresh graduates
Skills & Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fast-learner with different computer systems (advantage)
Fluent in English (Required)
