As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations

Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from greeting to checkout

Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

Actively participate in stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and merchandising new inventory

Contribute to the achievement of departmental and store sales targets

Support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth store operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Buying industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the retail industry

Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
