Job Description
1. Assist superiors in building a multi-level communication system and improving internal communication channels.
2. Collect and analyze communication-related data from various departments, and follow up on the feedback and implementation of employees' suggestions.
3. Handle employee complaints in the region and internal labor disputes in a timely manner.
4. Design and implement specific plans for reward and punishment activities.
5. Conduct monthly turnover analysis and improvement for each department, and be responsible for promoting the turnover improvement project.
6. Regularly organize managers from various departments to visit grassroots employees to offer their regards.
7. Organize, conduct, analyze, and feed back the results of employee satisfaction surveys.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in psychology, sociology, law or other related fields.
2. Three years or more of relevant work experience in employee relations in a company.
3. Be familiar with laws and regulations, have experience in handling labor disputes, and possess relevant project promotion experience in promoting turnover improvement.
4. Be conscientious, responsible, proactive, thoughtful, and full of team spirit.
