Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with HR partners, and regular consultation with respective department leaders and employees.

• Design, develop, and implement learning programs including instructor-led training (virtual and in-person), eLearning modules, and blended learning solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for various levels of the organization.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback, and recommend improvements. • Maintain and update training records, materials, and content libraries.

• Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, and subject matter experts to support development programs.

• Research and monitor industry trends and innovations in L&D and incorporate best practices in the workplace.

• Support talent development initiatives such as leadership programs, career development, and performance improvement plans.

• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.

• Drive corporate pillars and philosophy through all learning and development activities.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

• Support the design, rollout and continuous improvement of the organization’s performance management framework

• Partner with department leaders and HR team to ensure performance management system is aligned with talent development strategies.

• Provide guidance to leaders on conducting performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback.

• Serve as ‘coach’ or ‘advisor’ in designing and implementing performance improvement plans and development plans.

• Analyze performance management metrics and learning outcomes to assess the impact of L&D interventions on employee performance.

• Maintain and monitor tracking system of performance management for all levels of employees in the organization (e.g., probationary, regular, project based, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or any related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Training.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Experience in training needs analysis and instructional design.

• Familiarity with competency frameworks and performance management systems.

• Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams).

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
