Job Description
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HRIS roles, including 3+ years of Workday system administration experience.
Strong expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, and analytics (Workday certifications, including HCM, Recruiting, and Reporting preferred).
Experience leading large HR technology projects and managing system implementations.
