NVENTORY/COMPLIANCE/LISTING DATA ANALYST | START ASAP

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting inventory management processes through advanced data analytics and forecasting. You will play a key role in optimizing stock levels, ensuring product availability, and maintaining compliance on our ecommerce platforms, specially in Amazon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and Amazon listing management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning & Forecasting: 

Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts based on historical data, trends, and seasonality.

Monitor stock levels and track inventory movements to optimize order quantities and prevent overstock orstockouts.

Work closely with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory levels align withdemand and supply forecasts.

Create and plan purchase orders accurately and accordingly based on forecasted timings

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.) to analyze large datasets and generateactionable insights for inventory management.

Create and present reports on inventory performance, product sales trends, and forecasting accuracy to keystakeholders.

Amazon Listing Management:

Oversee Amazon listings, ensuring that product information, images, and descriptions are accurate andoptimized for search visibility.

Manage Amazon compliance requirements, including product pricing, availability, and listings according toAmazon’s policies and guidelines.

Address and resolve any Amazon account issues related to inventory, listing compliance, or fulfillment

Compliance Management:

Ensure inventory and product listings meet all regulatory and Amazon-specific requirements.

Monitor Amazon's compliance standards and quickly implement necessary changes to avoid penalties oraccount suspension.

Research & Market Analysis:

Perform market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and emerging product opportunities.

Analyze competitor activity and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and marketing, to ensuresmooth inventory processes.

Provide clear communication regarding inventory status, forecasting updates, and compliance matters.
