Warehouseman/Logistic Delivery Staff

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of haircare products.

· Accurately label, record, and stock products on shelves and storage areas.

· Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and accessibility.

· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following standard procedures.

· Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and transport products within the warehouse.

· Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems accordingly.

· Collaborate with the logistics and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

· Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and damaged products, ensuring appropriate documentation.

· Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to address any issues or discrepancies.

· Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

· High School or college level

· At least 6 months or 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management roles, preferably in a distribution or retail environment.

· Familiarity with haircare products or similar consumer goods is a plus.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order processing.

· Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

· Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
