Job Description
Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Prepares and completes orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule.
Monitors and checks the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing supplies or items/products in the warehouse.
Maintains and keeps an updated and accurate record of all incoming and outgoing stocks, and ensures that they are properly reported to the Regional Manager.
Performs inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Reports stocks that are in critical level.
Conducts regular actual physical count of stocks and report any discrepancies noted on delivered or dispatched items.
Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a College graduate of Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or any related course.
At least 2 years work experience as Warehouse man.
Has good communication, time management, analytical & mathematical skills.
With knowledge in Inventory Control and Documentation.
Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
Honest, trustworthy and self-motivator.
Responsible and work well under pressure
Applicant must be willing to work in Cebu.
